AED Concierge® History:

Over a two year development period, AED Authority has worked closely with various clients in developing a management program that fits their needs. The most common requests included: True outsourcing, ability to manage various types of AEDs (independent of manufacturer), customized reporting and automated tracking of parts and trained personnel. Launched in April of 2008, AED Concierge® is the first completely automated AED management program that meets each of these requirements.
